How do I sign up for the Unlimited Club?
Two ways, and both are quick. Sign up online in a couple of minutes, or pull up to any Parrot’s and a team member will get you set up before you leave. Either way, you can wash the same day.
One tip: ask about our new-member sign-up deals. We frequently run a discounted price for your first month, and it’s worth a question before you commit.
Can I use my plan at other Parrot’s locations?
Yes. Your plan works at every Parrot’s Car Wash — not just the one where you signed up. Whichever location is on your way that day, that’s the one to use.
Do I need a card, a sticker, or a code?
None of the above. Every Parrot’s location uses license plate recognition, so your membership is registered to your plate and the gate knows you on sight. Nothing to carry, nothing to scan. Just pull up.
This is also why the questions below about new cars and additional vehicles work the way they do — everything on your plan is tied to a plate.
Can I add more vehicles to my plan?
Yes, and here’s the part most people don’t realize: an additional vehicle costs less per month than a single wash of that same plan.

A single Island Time wash is $30. A second car on Island Time, washing every day if you want, is $29.99 a month.
You can have up to five vehicles total on one family plan — your car plus four more.

When will I be billed for my membership?
Automatically, on the same calendar day each month — the day you originally signed up. Join on the 12th, and you’ll be billed on the 12th going forward. No invoices to watch for, nothing to remember.
What happens if I get a new car or a new license plate?
Just update your plate and you’re set — your plan follows you to the new vehicle. You can change it yourself in the app or in your online account, or ask a team member at any location to do it for you.
Where do I manage my membership?
Set up an online account at parrotscarwash.com/gounlimited, or download the Parrot’s Car Wash app.
From either one you can update your license plate, change your payment method, switch plans, or cancel — no phone call required.
Can I change my plan?
Any time, up or down — and the change takes effect immediately. Use the Parrot’s Car Wash app, or talk to a team member at any location. You’re never locked into the plan you started with.
How do I cancel, and what happens after?
You can cancel any time, and there are no cancellation fees. Cancel online, in the app, or by asking a team member at any location.
Here’s the good part: you keep washing through the month you already paid for. Your plan runs until your next monthly anniversary date, then billing stops and you’re never charged again.
So if you signed up on June 12th and cancel on June 13th, you can keep washing until July 12th. You already paid for that month — go use it.
